UK shipping

Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri ship the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays ship the next working day.
Subscription orders
Free UK shipping on every subscription order, no minimum. We ship every 30 days.
International shipping
We currently ship to:
- Republic of Ireland: £8.95 standard, 3-5 working days
- EU: £12.95 standard, 5-7 working days. Buyer responsible for any local customs or VAT charges.
- United States: £14.95 standard, 7-10 working days. Buyer responsible for any local customs or sales tax.
Tracking
You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then email .
Missing or delayed parcels
UK standard delivery is considered delayed if it hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch. Royal Mail will not investigate before then.
For express or international, contact us after the upper end of the estimated window. We'll open a tracker investigation and either replace or refund as soon as the carrier confirms loss.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, do not throw away the packaging. Photograph the box, the damage, and the contents, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge.
Wrong address
You're responsible for the address you give us at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email immediately. We'll do everything we can to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped.
Holidays and bank holidays
We don't dispatch on UK bank holidays. The next working day applies.
