Refund policy
The short version
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a refund. We refund the full amount, including standard shipping. You don't need to send the bag back.
Why we do it this way
Hormone support takes time to work. Two weeks isn't enough to judge. We want you to actually try it. If it doesn't work for you inside a full cycle, that's on us.
How to request a refund
- Email within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Tell us briefly why (optional, but helps us improve)
We process refunds within 5 working days to your original payment method. Bank confirmation usually takes another 3-5 working days depending on your bank.
What you can't refund
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse
- Subscription orders shipped before you cancelled (you can pause or cancel any time before the next ship date)
Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
For online orders, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day after delivery to cancel for any reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends beyond this.
To cancel under the statutory right, email with the subject "Cancel order". You'll need to return any sealed, unopened product at your own cost within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of postage, whichever is sooner.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and email us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement or full refund, including return postage if applicable. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Subscription specifics
- Pause, skip, or cancel any time via your account or by email
- Cancellation must reach us at least 24 hours before the next ship date
- We don't charge cancellation fees, ever
